Alzheimer’s Social Day Program
Intermissions” is a supportive social day program offered by the Duxbury Council on Aging. It is designed to promote and enhance the social, physical and cognitive skills for participants who have been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer’s disease or a related form of dementia. The program also provides respite for the family caregivers who may use the time for their own health and well-being.
The program is offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. For more information or to schedule an intake interview call ext. 5732
